Built for how Pakistan books
Instagram brings them. WhatsApp keeps them.
In Pakistan, patients often find a clinic on Instagram and expect to talk on WhatsApp. Velvet Lead gives those patients a website where they can get answers and book a real slot, then keeps them updated on the app they already use.
WhatsApp-first patients
Patients who opt in get booking received, confirmed, reminder, rescheduled and canceled messages on WhatsApp, sent with official Meta templates. Email goes out too.
How WhatsApp reminders workInstagram enquiries you can trace
Add campaign tags to your bio link, stories and ads. The lead inbox shows which post or campaign each enquiry came from, and your team logs DMs as leads too.
See lead tracking+92 numbers, checked properly
Patients' mobile numbers are validated for Pakistan, such as +92 300 1234567 or 0300 1234567, so confirmations reach a real number.
PKR prices and Pakistan Standard Time
Treatment prices show in rupees, and every booking, reminder and assistant answer about βtomorrowβ works in Pakistan Standard Time.
Clinics we build for
From hijama to hair restoration
We build for single-location clinics where patients book one-to-one time: aesthetic clinics, laser hair removal, hair transplant and PRP clinics, dental clinics, physiotherapy and hijama and cupping clinics, among others.
Patients can choose a named practitioner in the booking flow, which matters for clinics where patients prefer a male or female practitioner. Promotions have start and end dates, so seasonal offers switch on and off by themselves.

FAQ
Questions from clinics in Pakistan
Do you work with clinics outside the big cities?
Cities we currently serve: Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. Setup and training can be done remotely, so ask us on a demo if your city isn't listed.
Can patients book on WhatsApp?
Not inside WhatsApp. Patients book on your website, and WhatsApp is used for confirmations and reminders for patients who opt in. Your team can also add WhatsApp enquiries to the lead inbox.
Is the website available in Urdu?
Not yet. Websites are in English for now. Your treatment names and wording can use the terms your patients already know, such as hijama or HydraFacial.
Can patients pay online with a card or wallet?
No. There are no online payments or deposits yet, so patients pay at the clinic. You can add a payment note, such as the methods you accept, to your website wording.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta charges its own fees for template messages sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform, based on its pricing for Pakistan. These are separate from our fees.
